How to use
One consistent daily practice
Shake well before use. Three dropperfuls equal approximately one teaspoon. Take three dropperfuls directly under the tongue or in a small amount of water before meals.

Ingredients: Goldenseal(Hydrastis canadensis), Ginkgo(Ginkgo biloba), Lemon balm(Melissa officinalis),DongQuai(Angelicasinensis), Echinacea(Echinaceaangustifolia),Yarrow(Achilleamillefolium),Ginger(Zingiber officinale),Mullein leaf(Verbascum thapsus),Pau "D" Arco(Tabebuia impetiginosa) and Grain alcohol.
Directions: Take 2 to 6 dropper fulls in 4 to 6 oz of water 2 to 3 times a day as needed between meals. Shake bottle well before using.
Caution: Always drink daily recommended amount of water. Not recommended while pregnant and nursing. Not recommended if on blood thinning medication, allergies to ragweed.
