How to use
One consistent daily practice
Shake well before use. Three dropperfuls equal approximately one teaspoon. Take three dropperfuls directly under the tongue or in a small amount of water before meals.
The formula

Direction: Shake the bottle well before using. Take 2 to 3 dropper fulls in 4 to 6oz of water 2 to 3 times a day between meals.
