How to use
One consistent daily practice
Shake well before use. Three dropperfuls equal approximately one teaspoon. Take three dropperfuls directly under the tongue or in a small amount of water before meals.

Direction: Shake bottle before use. Take 2 to 3 dropper fulls in 4 to 6oz of water as needed. Not to exceed 3 times a day.
Caution: Always drink daily recommended amount of water. Not recommended while pregnant and nursing.
