Returns and Replacements
Naadia and Company, LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an order, please email Customer Care to obtain a return authorization and receive further instruction.
Please return items unopened in their original packaging. You can return items up to 10 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be unopened. We can not accept it if the seal has been broken.
Packages are inspected for correct quantity and QC before being shipped. We strive for customer satisfaction. Notify us if there is an issue with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, PayPal, or original method of payment.
***There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
You will receive a refund 7-10 business days after your approved return has been received;depending on your card issuer's policies.
If we are unable to process a refund to your credit card, PayPal, or original payment method (expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will issue a credit to your account to be used on future purchases.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning his/her items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
