Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Chicago, IL by United States Postal Service, to arrive within 2-8 business days from receipt of your order

If you place an order online, we only request the information needed to complete the processing of your orders and billing. Returns & Replacements
Naadia & Company, LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an order, please email Customer Care to obtain a return authorization and receive further instruction.
Please return items unopened in their original packaging. You can return items up to 10 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
All returns must be unopened. We can not accept it if the seal has been broken.

We charge state tax on orders delivered within Illinois.
